Small Heart Pet Tag

This cute heart shaped personalized tag is perfect for a cat or a smaller dog.  It features an 5/8" aluminum heart hand stamped with your pets name and a cute paw print and the outer circle is a 3/4" gold circle tag hand stamped with your phone number.  Tag includes a 1/2" or 7/8" split ring to attach to your pets collar.
 
Please specify in the customization options below the name to be stamped on the inner circle and the phone number that is to be stamped on the outer circle.
